Today's personal training is more about offering a wide range of services including exercise testing, assisted workouts, diet and supplement suggestions, helping with habitual behavior changes, and motivation for those just interested in staying active.
 
Personal training is moving away from the image of the “body builder coach” standing next to the client shouting at them to work harder and sweat more, never considering the variety of variables that can be tweaked to ensure the best results for the desired goals.
Training has to truly be designed with the individual in mind and it has to be complete. By that I mean health and nutrition for the body, mind, and emotions. Being healthy and fit is a life long journey, not a destination. It requires desire, know-how, motivation, and work. That is where I come in, to help you with the know-how and the motivation.
 
A fit life affords you the spontaneity to experience life to it fullest and be flexible to handle the changes it deals to you. I can help you find that balance of fitness, nutrition, and confidence that will release stress and clear your mind to enjoy all of life.
